Biography
Teara brings her experience as a flight attendant and top leadership in retail sales. Prior to joining the BHHS team, she flew for United and US Airways Express. As an attendant, she learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and developed a strong voice of leadership and support.
As your real estate agent, Teara will lead and support you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, she will work diligently to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and BHHS superior marketing materials. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.
Teara understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As your real estate agent, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.
Teara has been an area resident all of her life. She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Forest Park; just to name a few.
When not assisting clients, Teara enjoys spending time with her family, completing home DIY projects, traveling, and relaxing at their cozy home in Florissant, Missouri.
